The Role

We’re looking for a world-class Marketing leader to join a fast-growing B2B startup taking on the world. We’re chasing global domination and want someone who is fast and adaptable, and who knows what it takes to build a high-performing marketing engine, to join the journey and help us get there.

Working closely with our CRO, you’ll be responsible for developing and executing key marketing initiatives to generate inbound leads and help build the brand as the world's market leader.

What you’ll need to do

We’re looking for someone who’s world-leading at:

Demand generation. Reach 10k+ fire protection companies across North America, UK, and Australia as quickly as possible. Be commercially minded, data-driven, experimental and tactical. Own lead volume, cost-per-acquisition, and marketing-sourced revenue.
Nurturing. We have a hungry sales team, help them close. Build HubSpot nurture journeys for "not ready to buy" prospects. Create sales collateral and marops processes that accelerate deals.
Content & brand. Manage content specialist to position our client as a provocative industry thought leader, using our data/insights andexternal influencer network. Turn this into a compelling website and sales collateral. Own our messaging and competitive differentiation.
Digital performance. Work with agencies on SEO, paid media and website optimization. Own the results - rankings, traffic, and demo bookings.

Other areas you will need to roll up your sleeves:

Event strategy and execution
Customer advoacy
Product marketing

Who you’ll need to be:

Be numbers-driven and highly motivated to improve results consistently. Have a growth mindset and manage the budgets effectively with the right balance for efficient growth.
Be a person who can scale and build a marketing team globally
Be able to work effectively with the CRO and sales team to constantly adjust efforts based on sales outcomes.

To qualify for this role, you’ll need to have experience with:

Experience building a brand
Experience hiring, firing, and building high-performance teams.
5-8+ years of experience in a niche SaaS company at a similar
