Job Title: Marketing Lead Role Summary: Lead the end‑to‑end marketing engine for a fast‑growing B2B SaaS startup, driving global demand generation, brand positioning, and marketing‑sourced revenue. Partner closely with the CRO and sales organization to align growth initiatives and optimize the customer acquisition funnel. Expectations: - Deliver measurable lead volume, CPA, and revenue targets in North America, UK, and Australia. - Scale and build a high‑performance marketing team globally. - Maintain a data‑driven, experimental mindset with a strong focus on ROI and cost efficiency. - Adapt strategies rapidly based on sales outcomes and market dynamics. Key Responsibilities: - Demand Generation – develop & execute campaigns targeting 10k+ fire protection companies, managing budgets, attribution, and revenue attribution. - Lead Nurturing – build and maintain HubSpot nurture journeys for “not ready to buy” prospects; create sales collateral and enablement processes to accelerate deal flow. - Content & Brand – oversee content specialist to generate thought‑leader assets; craft messaging, competitive differentiation, and website content that supports sales. - Digital Performance – partner with agencies on SEO, paid media, and web optimization; own rankings, traffic, and demo booking metrics. - Event Strategy & Execution – design and execute industry events to generate leads and reinforce brand. - Customer Advocacy – develop programs to turn satisfied customers into brand champions and referrals. - Product Marketing – collaborate on positioning, messaging, and launch programs for new features and services. - Team Leadership – recruit, train, and mentor marketing staff; manage hiring/firing, performance, and professional development. Required Skills: - Proven expertise in B2B demand generation and inbound marketing. - Mastery of HubSpot (or equivalent) for lead nurturing and analytics. - Strong digital marketing skills: SEO, paid media, conversion rate optimization. - Excellent content strategy, brand messaging, and storytelling abilities. - Data‑driven decision making, experimentation, and results reporting. - Financial acumen for budget planning and ROI analysis. - Leadership experience building and scaling high‑performance marketing teams. - Comfortable working cross‑functionally with CRO, sales, product, and executive leadership. - Global mindset with experience executing campaigns across multiple time‑zones. Required Education & Certifications: - Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field (MBA desirable). - HubSpot Marketing Developer/HubSpot Sales certifications, Google Analytics, or equivalent digital marketing credentials preferred. ---
