Job Specifications

Position: Healthcare Finance – AI Trainer

Type: Part-time contract

Compensation: $ 100-$200/hr

Location: Remote

Commitment: Part-time

Role Responsibilities

Seed and annotate messy, real-world healthcare finance spreadsheets for AI model development.
Work with partial models and ambiguous inputs to guide AI learning and refinement.
Curate and normalize healthcare finance datasets for machine learning training.
Provide finance-adjacent context to in-the-wild healthcare financial artifacts.
Collaborate on iterative data seeding workflows with structure introduced over time.
Document best practices and communicate insights to improve AI outcomes.
Support AI evaluation by reconstructing or extending partially structured data.

Requirements

Experience in healthcare finance, accounting, or related financial domains.
Familiarity with real-world spreadsheets and complex financial artifacts.
Strong written and verbal communication skills with attention to detail.
Ability to manage ambiguity and work with limited upfront structure.
Comfort with iterative data seeding and normalization processes.
Ability to work independently in a remote environment.
