Job Title: Senior Business Analyst

Location: Coventry (on site once per month for 2 day PI Planning meetings)

Duration: 6 months

Job description:

Team & Workstream

• Working within the Risk Team, which is distributed nationally

• Part of the Risk Integration Workstream

• Involvement in new capability development across both the bank and building society

Key Responsibilities

• Requirements gathering and ensuring full traceability

• Implementation and business acceptance of new tooling

• Supporting change activities related to the tooling

• Understanding and documenting processes, including process mapping

• Producing As Is and To Be documentation

• Supporting and coordinating UAT

• Stakeholder engagement at both mid–senior level, including Risk leadership

• Knowledge transfer and upskilling a permanent BA within the team

Skills & Experience Required

• Strong, well rounded Business Analyst with excellent stakeholder engagement

• Comfortable working with risk experts and translating requirements

• Able to work collaboratively and be customer focused

• Understanding of Agile, Wagile and Waterfall methodologies

• Industry experience in Banking or Building Societies

• Background in Risk, particularly:

o GRC tooling

o Model Risk Management tooling

o Risk Transformation
