What you'll do:
Analyse complex business and data challenges using strong analytical methods and asset management knowledge to deliver actionable insights.
Lead business and data analysis for projects, defining approaches, deliverables, and ensuring stakeholder alignment.
Translate business needs into clear data and functional requirements, documenting current and future processes for improvement.
Collaborate with project managers, SMEs, solution architects, technical teams, and stakeholders to design practical solutions.
Present findings and recommendations to support informed decision-making.
Produce concise documentation, including requirements, process maps, operating models, and data flow visuals.
What you bring:
Proven experience analysing complex business problems in asset management or financial services.
Strong relationship-building and collaborative skills with internal and external stakeholders.
Expertise in leading business analysis activities, securing consensus, and delivering on project goals.
Skilled in creating clear documentation: requirements, process maps, operating models, and data flow diagrams.
Experience facilitating workshops, designing solutions, supporting UAT, and obtaining stakeholder sign-off.
Familiarity with Data Warehouse concepts (AWS/Snowflake) and third-party BI tools, including their advantages/disadvantages.
