**Job Title** Performance Analyst **Role Summary** Provide analytical & business insight within asset management, translating complex data into actionable decisions. Own end‑to‑end business analysis for projects, ensuring stakeholder alignment and delivering clear documentation. **Expectations** Deliver measurable insights that influence investment & operational strategy. Own project‐level delivery, from requirement definition to solution validation and stakeholder sign‑off. Maintain high‑quality documentation and present findings to senior leadership. **Key Responsibilities** - Analyse complex business and data challenges in asset management or financial services. - Lead business and data analysis for projects: define approaches, deliverables, and maintain stakeholder alignment. - Translate business needs into clear data and functional requirements, documenting current and future processes. - Collaborate with project managers, SMEs, solution architects, and technical teams to design practical solutions. - Present findings and recommendations to support informed decision‑making. - Produce concise documentation: requirements, process maps, operating models, data flow visuals. - Facilitate workshops, design solutions, support UAT, and obtain stakeholder sign‑off. **Required Skills** - Proven analytical experience in asset management or financial services. - Strong relationship‑building and collaboration with internal and external stakeholders. - Expertise in business analysis activities, consensus building, and project delivery. - Proficiency in documenting requirements, process maps, operating models, and data flow diagrams. - Experience facilitating workshops, supporting UAT, and securing stakeholder approval. - Familiarity with Data Warehouse concepts (AWS/Snowflake) and third‑party BI tools. **Required Education & Certifications** Not specified.
