We are looking for an experienced IT Enterprise Services Manager to lead the people and operations side of our engineering team. While Identity and Access Management (IAM) is a core pillar of this role, you will lead a team of Enterprise Services engineers who wear multiple hats—supporting critical infrastructure, automation, and internal tooling.

You will partner with our the business to drive operational excellence and modernize our enterprise fabric. This is a high-impact leadership role that balances "keeping the lights on" for critical services (Okta, AD, AWS) with driving strategic integrations and automation initiatives across the IT landscape

People Management & Leadership

Lead a Global Team: Directly manage a team of Enterprise Services Engineers across the US and India.
Provide coaching, performance reviews, and career development.
Build the Bench: Mentor junior talent and foster a culture of automation-first engineering.
Cross-Functional Advocacy: Work closely with HR, HRIS, and other business units to ensure the health of user accounts and enterprise data holistically.

Operations & Engineering

Platform Ownership: Oversee the daily operations and health of our core enterprise stack, with a strong focus on Identity (Okta, AD, AWS IAM) and Microsoft 365. You control the front door to services at Cvent.
Modern Authentication: Guide the team in maintaining standard protocols (SAML, OIDC, SCIM) while looking for opportunities to modernize legacy workflows.
Automation Strategy: Drive the shift from manual tickets to code. Oversee lifecycle automation initiatives using Python, PowerShell, or low-code workflows (Okta Workflows, Superblocks).

M&A & Strategic Projects

Strategic Leadership: Participate in integration and strategic projects, including but not limited to leading identity integration, audit, governance, and related enterprise services workstreams.
Tactical Integrations: Drive the execution strategy for merging acquired companies into our centralized identity stack.
Audit & Governance: Serve as the primary owner for access controls, access reviews, and compliance audits across the enterprise stack
Experience: 6+ years in IT Engineering or Identity Management, with 1+ years of people management experience.
Technical Depth: You might not write code every day anymore, but you can read it. You have hands-on experience with:
Identity & Cloud: Okta, Active Directory, Azure AD/Entra ID, and AWS IAM.
Protocols: Deep understanding of SAML, OIDC, OAuth, and SCIM.
Automation: Proficiency in Python or PowerShell for administrative scripting.
Operational Mindset: You value stability and predictability. You are comfortable managing on-call rotations and incident response.
Global EQ: Experience managing or working closely with distributed teams is a strong plus
