Who They’re Looking For

Problem Solver: Thrives on solving hard problems with a proven track record
Ownership & Intensity: Takes charge, pushes things forward, and executes without compromise. Early startup experience or founding a company is a bonus
Proven Builder: 2+ years of engineering experience with production-grade code shipped fast
Backend Expertise: Strong experience with APIs, distributed systems, and services in Python, TypeScript, Go, Rust, or similar
Infrastructure Engineering: Familiar with relational/graph databases, containerization, cloud infrastructure (AWS + Pulumi preferred)

What You’ll Do

Ship code to production from day one
Own features end-to-end, from spec to delivery
Solve everything from scaling infrastructure to supporting teammates and customers
