Location: Toronto, ON (Hybrid)

Duration: Mar 2026 – Dec 2026 (extension likely)

About the Role

Senior Business Analyst + Data Analyst hybrid role supporting Capital Markets data initiatives across public and private markets. The focus is on building, curating, profiling, and documenting data assets for downstream teams. This is not a reporting/dashboard role.

You’ll work closely with business stakeholders, data modelers, engineers, and QA teams, contributing to data warehouse design including dimensional/star schemas and fact & dimension tables. The primary platform is Databricks on Azure within a financial services environment.

Must-Haves

• 7+ years in Capital Markets (banking/insurance)

• Data warehouse & dimensional modeling experience

• Strong SQL, data analysis & documentation

• Ability to translate business requirements into data solutions

• Databricks on Azure (strong plus)

Nice-to-Haves

GenAI tools, private markets exposure, Bloomberg/SimCorp/Charles River, Adobe CDP, AWS
