£90,0000 - £100,000 +Car +20% Bonus

We’re working with a fast-growing challenger brand that’s reached an exciting inflection point. The business has built strong UK traction and now benefits from the backing of a much larger organisation providing capital, infrastructure, and strategic support to accelerate the next phase of growth.

They’re now hiring a Head of Sales to lead the UK commercial agenda while helping shape a longer-term international growth strategy.

This is a senior, hands-on role with real influence — suited to someone who enjoys building as much as managing.

The role:

Own and deliver the UK sales strategy across grocery, convenience and foodservice
Lead, coach, and develop a small but high-performing sales team
Manage senior relationships with buyers, wholesalers, and key partners
Drive range expansion, distribution gains, and profitable growth
Work closely with the wider group to leverage scale, insight, and capability
Contribute to international market planning and early-stage expansion

This role would suit someone who:

Has led sales for an SME or challenger FMCG brand
Brings strong relationships across UK grocery and convenience
Is commercially sharp, with experience owning forecasts and budgets
Enjoys operating with autonomy, pace, and accountability
Is excited by the opportunity to help shape international growth
Can work from a Northern Home Counties office on a hybrid basis
