Job Specifications
Our B2C KAM role is a pivotal position within our sales organization and reports directly to the Sales Manager France. The KAM B2C France leads the client relationships with assigned French B2C clients and is responsible for building long-lasting and mutually beneficial partnerships.
To successfully deliver projects and commercial initiatives, the KAM B2C France works in close collaboration with internal support teams, including Sales Assistants, Marketing and Category Management, as well as Commercialisation teams. This cross-functional cooperation ensures effective execution of client projects, alignment with brand and category strategies, and optimal market performance.
The role acts as a central point of coordination between customers and internal stakeholders, ensuring clear communication and timely execution of commercial plans.

What We Ask
3+ years of relevant sales experience in the French retail market (Previous experience in the food and/or dairy sector is a plus)
A degree in Business Administration or a related field
Extensive knowledge of the French market and previous experience managing Key Accounts, building strategic, long-term partnerships with clients
Experience working in multinational companies with matrix organizations
Hands-on knowledge of Office applications (especially Excel & PowerPoint), SAP and/or Salesforce experience is an advantage
Strong commercial acumen and excellent negotiation skills
Positive, curious personality, and a growth mindset
Genuine "can-do" attitude and an entrepreneurial mentality
Strategic thinker, objective, and data-driven
Hands-on with a necessary dose of creativity, consistently thinking in a solution-oriented, customer-first manner
Good communication skills and a strong command of both French and English
Availability to travel across France on a weekly basis and quarterly to the Netherlands and Spain, where our global and regional headquarters are located

Key Responsibilities:
Execute the company’s commercial strategy and build strong, constructive relationships with our clients
Deliver the best financial and operational results for the assigned accounts by identifying and maximizing opportunities
Ensure the valorization of our farmers’ milk while providing clients with the right service and tailored solutions
Negotiate contracts in accordance with pricing mandates
Identify potential and develop strategic partnerships with selected customers based on long-term, milk price-linked contracts
Monitor service levels and coordinate with other departments to ensure product availability and guarantee the highest quality of service to our clients
Collaborate cross-functionally within the organization to provide optimal support and service to clients
