Junior Sales Executive (Hybrid SDR / AE)

I’m hiring a junior sales rep to join Relume and help us scale our revenue engine.

This is a hands-on, high-velocity role where you’ll be speaking to customers every day, qualifying real inbound demand, running discovery, and closing deals. You’ll also learn outbound fundamentals and how to manage a pipeline end to end.

This is not a passive role. If you’re hungry, competitive, and want to build real sales skills fast, you’ll do very well here.

We use AI-powered sitemaps, wireframes, and component libraries to remove the repetitive, time-consuming parts of website creation. Our customers use Relume to go from idea → structure → design → build in a fraction of the time, with tight workflows into Figma and Webflow.

We started as an agency, so the product is built around real-world problems. Today, Relume is used by hundreds of thousands of designers and teams globally, and demand continues to grow — which is why this role exists.

What You’ll Actually Be Doing

Calling and qualifying inbound leads (people who’ve already signed up)
Running discovery calls and short, focused demos
Closing small, fast-moving deals with short sales cycles
Prospecting and outbounding into targeted accounts
Owning deals end-to-end in the CRM
Hitting clear weekly activity goals and monthly revenue targets
Getting coached directly and expected to apply feedback quickly
