Role Description

We are seeking a full-time Director of Business Development based in Richmond Hill, ON. This leadership role is responsible for driving the company’s sales objectives, identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, and developing strategic partnerships. The Director will build, lead, and mentor our sales team while also managing key client accounts. This role collaborates closely with cross‑functional departments to ensure alignment with organizational goals and growth initiatives.

Qualifications
Proven experience in new business development and leading sales initiatives
Strong capabilities in business planning and executing growth strategies
Demonstrated ability to recruit, train, coach, manage, and inspire sales staff
Proficiency in account management and maintaining strong client relationships
Exceptional communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills
Minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar leadership role
