Job Specifications
The Business Analyst U.S. Region is responsible for leading the regional PM, driving flawless execution of customer programs and new product introductions, and managing the Business Analytics that supports Head of Global Business and Business Development and the management team in the commercial and strategical decision-making.
Key Responsibilities
1. Regional Leadership & Strategy
Define and execute the PMO and NPI for the U.S. region supporting commercial and operations team for creating smooth experience for the customer in the NPI process and efficient for the company
Develop standardized processes for project governance, NPI stage gates, KPI reporting, and portfolio management.
Integrate Business Analytics respect to the commercial business in the USA working with the sites and generating reporting as requested.
2. NPI Leadership
Drive execution of new product introductions from requirements capture to full-volume manufacturing making sure that the NPI are run on time and efficient for the Company and interacting with the customers
Ensure cross-functional alignment between Engineering, Quality, Operations, Supply Chain, and Commercial teams.
Work with the ops and quality team to implement manufacturability improvements, validation strategies, and smooth transitions into stable production.
Promote continuous improvement methodologies across NPI phases.
3.Customer & Commercial Interface
Serve as the executive point of contact for U.S. orthopedic OEM customers throughout NPI program lifecycle.
Support commercial teams with input for quotations, technical feasibility, and timeline commitments.
Manage customer escalations and ensure transparent communication and reporting
4.Business Analytics Leadership
Oversee the U.S. regional Business Analyst(s) and ensure high-quality, accurate, and timely reporting.
Develop and maintain dashboards, KPIs, and performance scorecards for:
Project management
NPI execution
Commercial forecasts
Data Governance & Insights
Establish data standards, reporting cadence, and analytical frameworks for the region.
Ensure accuracy of project financials, revenue forecasts, and resource allocation plans.
Conduct root-cause analyses for delays, margin erosion, and capacity constraints.
Partner with site leaders to translate data insights into action plans.
Tools & Systems
Own and optimize PMO and analytics tools for the region:
ERP/MRP dashboards
Power BI or equivalent BI platforms
CRM/Portfolio management tool
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Biomedical, Industrial Engineering, Operations, or related field.
7+ years of project management leadership, including NPI ownership.
Experience managing cross-functional teams across multiple sites.
Demonstrated ability to work with data/analytics and translate insights into action.
Strong understanding of manufacturing processes:
CRM expertise
Excellent communication and executive customer-facing skills.
Preferred
PMP, PgMP, or equivalent certification.
Experience in a CDMO business model.
Master’s degree in Engineering, Data Analytics, or Business (MBA).
Experience with Power BI or similar BI platforms, ERP systems, and advanced scheduling tools.
Travel - 50%
Must be available to accommodate working across multiple time zones
