Job Description

**Job Title:** Business Analyst (Regional Project Management & Analytics) **Role Summary:** Lead regional project management and analytics to execute customer programs, new product introductions (NPIs), and data-driven decision-making for strategic and operational success. **Expectations:** - Ensure timely, cost-effective NPI execution and cross-functional alignment. - Support commercial teams with accurate data insights and customer communication. - Maintain high-quality reporting and process standardization across regions. **Key Responsibilities:** 1. Develop and implement standardized project governance, NPI stage-gates, and KPI reporting frameworks. 2. Manage end-to-end NPI lifecycle, including requirements gathering, cross-functional collaboration, and production transitions. 3. Act as primary customer interface for technical and commercial inputs, resolving escalations. 4. Oversee analytics teams to deliver dashboards, forecasts, and root-cause analyses to optimize decision-making. 5. Optimize PMO tools (ERP/MRP, Power BI, CRM) and enforce data governance standards. **Required Skills:** - 7+ years of project management/NPI leadership in cross-functional, multi-site environments. - Strong data analysis capabilities to translate insights into actionable strategies. - Expertise in manufacturing processes, CRM, and analytics platforms (Power BI preferred). - Excellent communication and executive-level customer-facing skills. **Required Education & Certifications:** - Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Biomedical, Industrial), Operations, or related field. - Preferred: Master’s degree in Engineering, Data Analytics, or Business. - Certifications: PMP, PgMP, or equivalent (preferred). **Note:** Role requires 50% travel and time-zone flexibility.
