Key Responsibilities

Product Management & Strategy

Define and own the product roadmap aligned with business goals and customer needs
Conduct market analysis, user research, and competitive benchmarking
Drive end-to-end product lifecycle management from ideation to launch and optimization
Translate business requirements into clear product features, user stories, and acceptance criteria
Ensure a user-centric design approach across all product initiatives

Leadership & Team Management

Lead and mentor cross-functional teams including engineering, QA, and business stakeholders
Coach team members, manage performance, and support career development
Facilitate conflict resolution and foster a collaborative, high-performance team culture
Act as a servant leader, enabling teams to deliver high-quality outcomes

Stakeholder Management & Collaboration

Partner closely with business, engineering, architecture, and operations teams
Communicate product vision, priorities, and progress to internal and external stakeholders
Drive alignment across multiple teams and manage dependencies effectively
Serve as the primary point of contact for OMS-related product decisions

Required Skills & Experience

Strong experience in Product Management / Product Ownership
Hands-on experience with Order Management Systems (OMS)
Functional SME expertise in Sourcing, Promising, and Fulfillment
Experience working with microservices architectures
Solid understanding of APIs, XML, databases, and system integrations
Strong communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills
