We are seeking an experienced Technical Product/Program Manager to join our Client Digital’s Product & Program Management team. In this role, you will help shape the next generation of digital solutions that drive enterprise growth in aftermarket parts and services.

You will develop product requirements, lead technical solutioning, manage product roadmaps, and ensure alignment across Product, Engineering, Architecture, and Analytics teams—all while maximizing customer value and solution reuse across the enterprise.

Job Title: Technical Product Owner 5

Location: Chicago, IL (Onsite/3 days)

Contract: 12 Months

Key Responsibilities:

Collaborate with Product Managers, Engineering, Data/Analytics Architects, and Platform Architects to define and refine functional & non‑functional requirements
Own and manage the product backlog, priorities, acceptance criteria, and release planning
Serve as a decision‑maker for feature definition and prioritization
Create and manage project lifecycle cost estimates and ensure business stakeholder alignment
Drive roadmap execution from product ideation through production delivery
Communicate effectively with cross‑functional teams and leadership
Support business analysis activities, including needs assessment and solution recommendations
Evaluate and manage software product lifecycle and long-term product vision

Required Qualifications

10+ years of experience as a Product Owner or Program Manager in the software domain
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree (internship experience not counted toward required years)
Proven experience leading programs from ideation to production
Strong leadership, communication, and negotiation skills
Demonstrated experience managing cross-functional technical programs
Certifications in Product or Program Management (e.g., CSPO, SAFe POPM, PMP, etc.)
Technical understanding of:
Microservices architecture
UX/UI fundamentals
Infrastructure & security
AI/ML/GenAI models

Nice to Have:

Experience working within the Client domain
Knowledge of AWS/Azure
Exposure to data analytics and API commercialization
Hands-on experience with AI/ML/GenAI projects
Strong understanding of the software engineering lifecycle (Prototype → Production)
Awareness of modern technology trends and emerging tech advancements
