Strong experience in desktop/end-user support

• Willingness to travel to Brussels as per client requirements

• Strong expertise in computer hardware break-fix and troubleshooting

• Proficiency in Windows 11, Microsoft 365, and standard desktop applications

• Experience in OS installation, configuration, and deployment on laptops and desktops

• Hands-on experience with Audio/Video conferencing and meeting room systems (Microsoft Teams Room, Crestron, Polycom)

• Knowledge of Mobile Device Management (MDM) tools and support

• Experience supporting VVIP users and senior stakeholders

Technical Skills

• Desktop/Laptop Support (Hardware & Software)

• Microsoft Windows 11 & Office 365

• OS Imaging & Deployment

• AV & Conference Room Support

• MDM Support

• VPN & Network Connectivity

• Printer, Copier & Peripheral Support

• Office Network Troubleshooting

Roles & Responsibilities

• Provide onsite desktop and IT support to end users

• Diagnose and resolve hardware and software issues

• Install, configure, and maintain systems and applications

• Support meeting rooms and video conferencing equipment

• Manage mobile devices and endpoint security tools

• Deliver high-quality support to VVIP users

• Coordinate with IT teams for escalations and resolutions

• Ensure timely resolution of incidents and service requests
