About The Role
The Paid Media Manager is responsible for shaping and delivering SINE Digital's performance media strategy across Paid Search and Paid Social.
The role requires strong hands-on expertise in campaign planning, optimisation, and reporting across key search platforms such as Google Ads (incl. Search, PMax and Demand Gen) and Microsoft Ads. It also requires confident management of Paid Social activity across platforms including Meta, TikTok, Reddit, Snapchat and Pinterest.
You will drive innovation, uphold best practice, and support the development of integrated and data-led strategies.
Responsibilities
Campaign Management & Strategy
Lead end to end campaign setup, optimisation, and reporting across search and social platforms
Conduct keyword research, audience analysis, creative analysis, and competitor insights to inform strategic direction, structure, and overall channel planning
Develop cross-channel strategies and media plans that align with client KPIs and budgets, presenting clear tactical rationale
Use platform and third party analytics tools to translate data into actionable insights, as required in both source roles
Streamline ways of working across Paid Search and Paid Social, building efficient and scalable campaign management processes
Champion the practical use of automation and AI to accelerate workflows
Identify and champion opportunities for testing and innovation
Monitor platform trends, new features, and betas, and share relevant updates with internal teams and clients
Oversee onboarding and account setup, ensuring timelines, deliverables and assets are managed efficiently
Client Relationship Management
Build and maintain strong client relationships, acting as a trusted point of contact for strategic discussions
Present campaign results, insights, and growth recommendations clearly and confidently
Work closely with Account and Media Directors on quarterly reviews, post-campaign analyses, and long-term planning
Line Management
Manage and mentor junior team members, ensuring workloads are balanced and development goals are met
Conduct regular 1:1s and annual reviews, providing feedback and clear objectives to support professional growth
Support recruitment, onboarding, and training processes, contributing to a positive and inclusive team culture
Lead by example in fostering collaboration, curiosity, and performance excellence across the team
Operational Excellence
Drive a culture of operational excellence, ensuring the team works smarter, not harder, as account complexity and scale increase
Oversee all budget activity across Paid Search and Paid Social on your accounts, including budget recommendations, pacing and billing
Conduct regular audits to improve performance
Leverage automation tools, scripts, and data feeds to support operational efficiency
Contribute to internal best practice documentation, new business pitches, and internal training initiatives
Maintain high standards of delivery through quality assurance and adherence to best practice across all campaigns
Requirements
As part of our dynamic team, you'll need to demonstrate the following:
3+ years of Paid Search & Paid Social experience - agency experience desirable
Strong expertise across Google Ads (Search, PMax and/or Demand Gen) and Microsoft Ads
Strong experience working across Paid Social platforms such as Meta, TikTok, Snapchat, Reddit and Pinterest
Skilled in campaign planning, execution, reporting, and performance analysis (e.g., GA4)
Confident in planning, executing and reporting on full funnel digital campaigns
Experience in theatre and live entertainment marketing is desirable but not essential
Strong communicator with the confidence to lead client conversations and presentations
Organised, detail-focused, and comfortable managing multiple accounts simultaneously
Proficient in Google Workspace and/or Microsoft Office, particularly Sheets/Excel and Slides/PowerPoint
A proactive, curious, and collaborative mindset with a passion for digital marketing
