**Role Summary**
Lead end‑to‑end paid media strategy and execution across Google, Microsoft, Meta, TikTok, Reddit, Snapchat, and Pinterest for a media‑tech agency. Deliver data‑driven campaigns that meet client KPIs, optimize performance, and innovate using automation and AI.
**Expectations**
- 3+ years managing paid search and paid social, preferably in an agency.
- Proven expertise in Google Ads (Search, PMax, Demand Gen) and Microsoft Ads; strong knowledge of Meta, TikTok, Snapchat, Reddit, Pinterest.
- Ability to manage multiple accounts, budgets, and stakeholders simultaneously.
- Strong analytical, presentation, and communication skills.
- Comfortable mentoring junior staff and contributing to operational excellence.
**Key Responsibilities**
1. **Campaign Management & Strategy**
- Set up, optimize, and report on paid search and paid social campaigns.
- Conduct keyword research, audience & creative analysis, competitor insights.
- Build cross‑channel media plans aligned to client budgets and KPIs.
- Use platform and third‑party analytics (GA4, etc.) to extract actionable insights.
- Automate workflows with scripts, AI tools, and platform features.
- Identify testing opportunities, monitor new platform trends, and share updates.
2. **Client Relationship Management**
- Serve as primary client contact for strategy, reporting, and growth recommendations.
- Present results, insights, and recommendations confidently.
- Collaborate with Account and Media Directors on quarterly reviews and long‑term planning.
3. **Line Management**
- Mentor and manage junior team members, balancing workloads and fostering development.
- Conduct regular feedback sessions and support hiring and onboarding.
4. **Operational Excellence**
- Drive efficient, scalable campaign processes across paid search and social.
- Manage budgets, pacing, billing, and perform regular performance audits.
- Contribute to best‑practice documentation and internal training.
**Required Skills**
- Campaign planning, execution, reporting, and performance analysis (Google Ads, Microsoft Ads, Meta, TikTok, etc.).
- Proficiency in GA4, Google Workspace/Microsoft Office (Sheets/Excel, Slides/PowerPoint).
- Strong communicator, presenter, and client‑facing.
- Detail‑oriented, organized, and comfortable managing multiple accounts.
- Proactive, curious, collaborative, and passionate about digital marketing.
- Knowledge of automation tools, scripts, and AI integration.
**Required Education & Certifications**
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field.
- Paid media certifications (Google Ads, Microsoft Ads, Meta Blueprint, TikTok Business) preferred.
