Events & Communications Manager

London | Full-time | £40,000–£45,000 + bens (3 days minimum in office)

Our client is looking for an experienced Events & Communications Manager to lead end-to-end delivery of high-quality events and communications that build brand awareness, deepen stakeholder engagement, and support commercial objectives across the firm.

This is a hands-on role owning everything from external client events and internal social events, to corporate communications, social media, and B2B content creation—ensuring consistency, compliance, and measurable impact across both brands.

What you’ll be doing

Plan and deliver external client events, conferences, webinars, exhibitions, and internal engagement events
Own the events calendar, budgets, suppliers, and end-to-end execution
Create and manage internal communications and leadership event messaging
Manage LinkedIn profiles and social media content for both brands
Produce B2B content including thought leadership, case studies, sales collateral, and campaign assets
Ensure brand consistency, governance, GDPR, and regulatory compliance
Track performance and continuously improve impact

What we’re looking for

2–4 years’ experience in events, marketing, and corporate communications
Strong B2B writing and content creation skills
Excellent project and stakeholder management abilities
Confident managing multiple workstreams and suppliers
Experience using Microsoft 365 and event platforms

Nice to have

Financial services or FinTech experience
Content analytics, basic video editing or filming experience
Event management certification
