Full-Stack Software Engineer

Up to £80,000 | Birmingham (Hybrid – 2 days/week initially) | Full-time, Permanent

Are you a hands-on developer who loves owning problems end-to-end? We’re a fast-growing product-led startup with technology already in the hands of real customers, and we want someone who can shape both the product and the code.

What You’ll Do

Design, build, and maintain full-stack features from concept to production
Develop backend services using C# / .NET
Create rich, interactive frontend experiences using Vue.js and TypeScript
Work with PostgreSQL, Docker, and cloud infrastructure (AWS)
Monitor and improve system reliability and performance
Collaborate closely with product teams, customers, and founders
Contribute to technical decisions, architecture, and engineering culture

Who You Are

Experienced in full-stack development
Skilled with C# / .NET, Vue.js, TypeScript, and PostgreSQL
Comfortable with Docker, cloud deployment, and performance tuning
Product-minded — you care about why you’re building something, not just how
Confident discussing technical solutions with non-technical stakeholders
Bonus if you have 3D/CGI experience (WebGL, Three.js) or startup experience
