Strong understanding of Zendesk platform administration and configuration.
Experience in application maintenance and support for SaaS platforms.
Familiarity with incident management, service catalog, and ITSM processes.
Ability to troubleshoot technical issues and coordinate with vendors for resolution.
Excellent communication skills and ability to work in a client-facing role.
Knowledge of AWS hosting environments is a plus.
