Role Description:

A tight-knit, engineering-first team looking for full-time Senior Full-Stack Engineer (Backend Tilt), a true builder to own the critical API and data orchestration layer at the heart of the application. You'll be the key bridge between a robust backend/platform team and the front-end product experience. Beyond coding, this role requires product leadership. This is a role for someone who wants to influence product strategy and grow into a technical leadership position.

What You Bring:

6+ years of full-stack engineering experience with backend/API focus.
Strong expertise in TypeScript, React, NestJS, and Postgres.
End-to-end project ownership in startups or high-growth environments.
Proven product thinking — building features users love.
Experience owning projects end-to-end in an startup environment
Based in / willing to relocate to NYC (Chelsea office).

Bonus Points:

Experience with cloud infrastructure (AWS, Docker, Kubernetes, Terraform).
Background in developer tools, infrastructure, observability, or data-intensive products.
Exposure to working directly with enterprise customers to shape product direction.
Prior tech-lead or project leadership experience in an IC role.
Impactful work at a renowned product-driven company, founding experience, or impressive side projects/portfolios.
