Your New Role
As Director, ITS, FASTech & Innovation, you will lead a rapid-delivery team responsible for small, high-impact technology projects that apply automation, AI, and innovation. Working in four- to eight-week Agile cycles, you will partner with business leaders to identify opportunities, deliver solutions across a diverse technology ecosystem—including Microsoft 365, Power Platform, UiPath, Copilot, ChatGPT, Yardi, Oracle HCM Cloud, and ServiceNow—and ensure compliance with governance and security standards. This role combines strategic leadership with hands-on technical delivery.
Strategic Leadership: Build and prioritize a pipeline of automation and AI projects aligned with enterprise goals.
Project Delivery: Lead Agile projects from design to deployment, managing scope, resources, and timelines.
Technology Enablement: Configure and implement AI workflows, pilot emerging technologies, and ensure compliance.
Team Leadership: Mentor analysts, project managers, and specialists; manage external consultants.
Governance & Compliance: Uphold IT governance, change management, and security policies; report on ROI.
What You’ll Need to Succeed
Degree in Computer Science, Business Administration, or related field; Agile/PMP and ITIL certifications are assets.
7+ years in IT or Business Systems Analysis with leadership experience in automation, AI, or digital transformation.
Hands-on experience with AI tools (Copilot, ChatGPT, UiPath) and strong knowledge of Power Platform, ServiceNow, and RPA.
Strategic thinker with excellent analytical, design, and project management skills.
Knowledge of prompt engineering and generative AI
Experience managing hybrid teams and vendors; sector experience in seniors housing, real estate, or healthcare is an asset.
