A fast-growing cybersecurity software vendor is seeking a client-focused Customer Success specialist to join the team (Hyrbid with 1 day a week in Hampshire). This position involves managing customer relationships across global markets, ensuring users gain maximum value from the company’s authentication and access management solutions. You will act as a strategic advisor for customers, helping increase adoption, strengthen satisfaction, and support long-term retention. The role combines working directly with end-users and collaborating closely with channel partners.

Responsibilities

• Fully own and manage the contract renewal lifecycle.

• Maintain strong renewal rates and protect recurring revenue across the existing customer portfolio.

• Monitor customer engagement and platform usage to spot issues early and prevent churn.

• Identify and pursue opportunities to grow accounts through upgrades, add-on services, and product expansions.

• Run initiatives that improve customer loyalty, experience, and long-term advocacy.

• Work with marketing teams to help drive interest, pipeline development, and online campaign activity.

• Support Regional Sales Managers with new business development and customer acquisition.

• Participate in projects focused on improving onboarding, customer processes, and engagement programs.

Required Skills & Background

• Experience managing subscription renewals for a cybersecurity vendor or a major international partner.

• A background in generating new business and driving revenue growth in global markets.

• Strong planning, organisation, and project coordination capabilities.

• Technical understanding of cybersecurity solutions.

• Excellent relationship-building skills with both end customers and channel partners.

• A collaborative working style with the ability to leverage internal expertise to achieve results.

• Previous experience in tech/software sales (inside sales, field sales, telesales, etc.).

• Ability to support customers through challenges and troubleshoot issues effectively.

• Capable of building trust and credibility that supports long-term partnerships.

• Additional language skills are a plus.
