**Job Title** Customer Success Manager **Role Summary** The Customer Success Manager drives customer retention, adoption, and growth for a cybersecurity software vendor. The candidate will manage end‑user relationships across global markets, oversee renewal lifecycles, and collaborate with channel partners to expand revenue and strengthen satisfaction. **Expectations** - Maintain high renewal rates and protect recurring revenue. - Increase account adoption, upsell, and cross‑sell opportunities. - Act as a strategic advisor, ensuring users derive maximum value from authentication and access‑management solutions. - Deliver measurable improvements in customer loyalty, experience, and advocacy. **Key Responsibilities** - Own and manage the contract renewal lifecycle for all existing customers. - Monitor engagement and platform usage to detect issues and prevent churn. - Identify and pursue upsell/add‑on opportunities to grow accounts. - Lead initiatives that enhance customer loyalty, experience, and long‑term advocacy. - Partner with marketing to drive interest, pipeline development, and online campaigns. - Support Regional Sales Managers with new business development and acquisition activities. - Participate in projects to improve onboarding, processes, and engagement programs. **Required Skills** - Proven experience managing subscription renewals for a cybersecurity vendor or large partner. - Background in new‑business generation and revenue growth in global markets. - Strong planning, organization, and project coordination abilities. - Technical understanding of cybersecurity solutions. - Excellent relationship‑building with end customers and channel partners. - Collaborative style with the ability to leverage internal expertise. - Prior experience in tech/software sales (inside sales, field sales, telesales, etc.). - Ability to troubleshoot issues and support customers through challenges. - Capable of building trust and credibility for long‑term partnerships. - Additional language skills are a plus. **Required Education & Certifications** - Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field. - Certifications in customer success (e.g., CSMP, CDP) or cybersecurity (e.g., CISSP, CISM) are advantageous.
