Job Description:

What will you be bringing to the team?

Master's degree and 13 years of experience or Bachelor's degree and 17 years of experience.
Good understanding of financial IT systems.
Experience providing application support for critical business systems.
Ability to gather, analyze, and clarify business requirements through meetings and workshops.
Skilled in mapping and improving business processes.
Experience working closely with both end-users and technical teams to ensure alignment.
Strong understanding of business processes and ability to translate them into functional requirements.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills; able to communicate clearly with both technical and non-technical audiences.
High level of customer service and user support orientation.
Proficiency in English language at a minimum B2 level.
