Job Specifications

We are looking for an experienced IT Support Technician to join our team and contribute to the development and support of our IT infrastructure across the Forterro Group.

Key Responsibilities

Provide on-site and remote support to users for all IT-related issues
Educate users on current and new applications, systems, and services
Ensure data confidentiality and system security
Test and evaluate new hardware, software, services, and systems
Support the rollout of new applications and services across the Forterro Group
Administer Windows-based environments
Install and configure computer hardware, operating systems, and applications
Diagnose and resolve hardware/software issues
Replace computer components as needed
Administer Azure and on-premises Active Directory
Manage cloud-based applications (e.g., Office 365, ticketing systems, Atlassian tools)
Support business operations (e.g., budget proposals, cost allocation, control, and reporting)

Skills, Knowledge and Expertise

Minimum 3 years of experience in a similar role within large international IT systems
Strong knowledge of computer systems (software, hardware, devices, technologies)
Solid expertise in Windows system technologies
Knowledge of cloud solutions is a plus
Strong internal customer orientation
Fluent in English (spoken and written)
