Job Specifications
We are looking for a Hardware & Systems Technician to support and maintain our server environments and client installations throughout their entire lifecycle.
You will play a key role in ensuring the reliability, performance, and automation of our internal and cloud-based systems.

Responsibilities
System Monitoring & Maintenance
Monitor distributed systems and perform ERP patches, updates, and hotfix deployments. (Annual updates, new versions, support for existing customers)
Ensure the stability and availability of customer environments (Service Delivery & Provision).
Cloud Administration & Automation
Support automation and administration of our AWS cloud solutions.
Automate internal processes and strive to simplify existing tasks.
Database & Performance
Work with Microsoft SQL Server: benchmarking, performance analysis, troubleshooting, and optimization.
Server Architecture & Security
Contribute to cloud-based server architecture, including disaster recovery, security, and integrations with other systems.
Participate in projects involving system integrations and improvements.
Systems & Application Administration
Administer Windows systems and virtualization environments.
Follow internal routines, documentation, and operational processes.
Skills, Knowledge & Expertise
Required
Higher/University degree in Informatics, Information Technology, or a relevant field.
2–3 years of experience in automation, especially with PowerShell.
Strong knowledge of Microsoft SQL–based systems and architectures.
Experience in System Administration (Windows) and virtualized environments.
Strong analytical thinking, teamwork skills, and the ability to make decisions.
High level of reliability, structure, and quality awareness.
Fluent in English (written & spoken).
Desirable (Advantages)
Certifications in Cloud and/or Microsoft technologies.
Experience with database administration (DBA).
Knowledge of networking, security, firewalls, and Active Directory.
Familiarity with ERP systems and processes.
