What’s the opportunity?
This is a 6-month fixed-term contract starting in January 2026, where you will play a key role in delivering high-quality company secretarial services. You will support the Company Secretary and governance team in maintaining robust governance standards, preparing board materials, and ensuring timely filings. Your work will help safeguard our reputation and enable strategic decision-making.

How You Will Make An Impact
Prepare and coordinate Board and Committee agendas, papers, and minutes.
Maintain statutory registers and ensure timely filings with Companies House.
Support governance projects and process improvements.
Provide advice on corporate governance and compliance best practice.
Liaise with directors, auditors, and internal stakeholders.
What You Will Bring
Part-qualified or fully qualified Chartered Secretary (ICSA/CGI) or equivalent experience.
Strong understanding of UK company law and governance principles.
Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail.
Strong written communication and stakeholder management skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and board portal software.
