With Branded Bubbls, we transform event accommodation (hotel blocks, shared houses/condos) into immersive, community-driven brand experiences — multi-day stays where founders, customers, creators, athletes, investors, fans, and partners live together, connect deeply, and build loyalty that no booth, party, or 45-minute meeting can match.

We’ve already delivered powerful Bubbl experiences for more than 26 events including SXSW, Art Basel, Cannes, RegenWorld, Startup Grind, Global Family Office Summit, Wellness events, F1 weekends, and more — generating 3–5x measurable brand ROI through authentic engagement, content, community, and conversion.

Now we’re creating an entirely new sponsorship category — and we’re looking for an accomplished Sponsorship Sales Manager to pioneer it.

About the Role

You will lead the charge in selling Bubbl’s newest offering: Branded Bubbls and Bubbl Villages for global events. This includes selling immersive brand takeovers, curated stays, hospitality activations, and multi-day community experiences to marketing leaders, CMOs, partnership heads, experiential agencies, and event organizers.

You will own the sponsorship sales pipeline from strategy to close and will be a core member of Bubbl’s Founding Commercial Team. This is a high-impact, high-visibility role perfect for someone who thrives in new category creation, understands experiential ROI, and can move fast to bring in marquee brands.

What You’ll Do

Build & Own the Branded Bubbl Sponsorship Pipeline

Sell Branded Bubbls and multi-sponsor Bubbl Villages for key events/side events/smaller events (F1, SXSW, Coachella, Art Basel, WEF, DevConnect, Sundance, Tech Week, etc.).

Develop compelling sponsorship narratives that communicate Bubbl's unique brand engagement model (multi-day stays → deeper relationships → higher ROI).

Drive High-Velocity Partnership Sales

Leverage your existing rolodex of brand, agency, and event-side decision makers to close deals quickly.

Pitch to CMOs, experiential leads, partnerships teams, and founders.

Tailor packages across Bronze, Silver, Gold, hybrid-subsidy and immersive models, and provide customer feedback to Bubbl.

Collaborate to Bring Sponsor Activations to Life

Work closely with Bubbl’s leadership, creative, and operations teams to co-design the service delivery for meaningful experiences (content houses, customer communities, welcome breakfasts, roundtables, influencer activations, VIP events, and more).

Shape a New Category in Experiential Sponsorship

Help refine pricing, packaging, and GTM strategy for our sponsorship division.

Advise on best practices and emerging trends in experiential marketing, content-driven hospitality, and community-powered brand building.

You’re a Great Fit If You:
Have 5–12+ years in sponsorship sales, partnerships, or experiential marketing sales.

Come with a strong existing network of brand marketers, CMOs, experiential agencies, event producers, and community leaders.

Know how to sell experiential activations, hospitality, branded experiences, or event-side sponsorships.

Thrive in high-velocity startup environments and can run a pipeline independently.

Are entrepreneurial, persuasive, polished, and relationship-driven.

Love events, community, travel, hospitality, and brand storytelling.

Get energized by building something new — not just managing something that already exists.
