Job title: Sponsorship Sales Manager
Role Summary: Drive the launch and growth of Bubbl’s Branded Bubbls and Villages sponsorship program by sourcing, pitching, negotiating, and closing high‑value deals with global event marketers and brands. Own the full sponsorship sales pipeline and collaborate cross‑functionally to design and deliver immersive, multi‑day brand experiences.
Expectations: • Close B2B sponsorship deals at a high velocity in a startup environment. • Achieve revenue and pipeline targets for new category. • Lend expertise to refine pricing, packaging and go‑to‑market strategy. • Build and maintain a network of brand marketers, CMOs, experiential agencies, and event partners.
Key Responsibilities: • Develop and manage a sales pipeline for Branded Bubbls and multi‑sponsor Villages at events such as F1, SXSW, Coachella, Art Basel, WEF, Sundance. • Craft persuasive sponsorship narratives highlighting multi‑day engagement ROI. • Pitch customized packages (Bronze, Silver, Gold, hybrid‑subsidy, immersive) to CMOs, partnership leaders, experiential heads, and founders. • Negotiate terms, close agreements and secure commitments. • Coordinate with creative, operations and leadership teams to design activation experiences (content houses, community events, influencer activations, VIP moments). • Contribute to new‑category development: pricing, packaging, GTM strategy, and trend insights into experiential marketing and hospitality.
Required Skills: • 5–12+ years in sponsorship sales, partnership sales or experiential marketing. • Proven track record selling experiential activations, hospitality, branded stays or event‑side sponsorships. • Strong existing network of brand marketers, CMOs, agencies and event producers. • Excellent pipeline management, negotiation, persuasion and closing skills. • Relationship‑building, communication and presentation proficiency. • Ability to thrive in a fast‑paced, autonomous startup setting and work independently. • Passion for events, community, travel, hospitality and brand storytelling.
Required Education & Certifications: • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications or related field. • Relevant sales or marketing certifications (e.g., iOSSM, CSM) desirable but not required.
