Configure the LabWare LIMS solution to meet the customer needs.

DME (Digital method Execution), DLR experience.

MODA, Biovia and Sitara experience is added advantage

Assist with the validation and testing stages.

Ability to work with minimal supervision and provide direction to customers.

Learn industry specific processes, requirements and operations; specialist through career progression.

Requirements

Proven LabWare LIMS experience.

Knowing AWS, cloud modernization will be an added advantage

Minimum 6+ years of Pharmaceutical industry experience and in laboratory systems

Knowledge transfer/upskilling of Labware 8 functionality

Serve as the primary point of contact for LabWare LIMS-related inquiries, troubleshooting, and enhancements.

Provide expert guidance on system configuration, customization, and best practices.

Configure and customize LabWare LIMS to meet specific laboratory workflows and compliance standards.

Integrate laboratory instruments seamlessly with the LIMS system.

Understanding of relational database and structured query language (SQL).

Knowledge in laboratory or quality control (QC) processes.

Technical skills including JIRA and Excel

Excellent organizational, time management and commitment to delivery.

Excellent communication (both written and verbal) and presentation skills.
