Project Manager - Transformation Programme
Location: Hybrid (home-based/Edinburgh and regional offices)
Hours: 35 per week
Contract: 6 months initial
Rate: £425-450 per day - inside IR35
We're looking for an experienced Project Manager to deliver change projects within a major transformation programme within one of our Public Sector organisations. You'll manage diverse projects including data, process improvement, software development, and compliance, working with multi-disciplinary teams and stakeholders across Scotland.
Essential:
5+ years' project management experience
Strong knowledge of PM and change management methodologies
Agile/Scrum experience
Public sector background
Excellent stakeholder engagement and communication skills
Desirable:
APM/PMI/MSP/Prince2/CSM qualifications
Experience with geospatial data, information governance, or case management projects
