Desktop Support Engineer

Role Overview:

Location: SE7, London (onsite)
Package: Competitive salary + shift allowance + benefits

What You’ll Be Doing:

Deliver first and second-line IT support for users across PC, Mac, and mobile devices.
Troubleshoot software, hardware, and peripheral issues — ensuring minimal downtime.
Support audio-visual setups for meetings, events, and presentations.
Collaborate with internal IT and infrastructure teams to resolve core technical issues.
Maintain system security, ensuring desktop and mobile compliance with policies.
Track and resolve support tickets promptly within SLA targets.
Keep asset and change management systems accurate and up to date.
Participate in shift-based support, occasionally covering alternate hours when needed.

Main Skills Needed:

Proven experience in desktop and end-user support in a corporate environment.
Strong technical understanding of computer hardware, operating systems, and networks.
Ability to diagnose and resolve complex IT issues with a customer-first mindset.
Familiarity with audio-visual technology and collaboration tools.
Knowledge of asset and change management systems.
Excellent communication, organisation, and problem-solving skills.
