Job Specifications

5+ years of experience in business analysis and technical solutioning for payments-related platforms.

Strong knowledge of SWIFT architecture, ISO 20022, and MT message formats.

Experience with ACH, Fedwire, Zelle P2P, CHIPS, Faster Payments, and related system integrations.

Awareness of in-flight payment processing, including fraud and sanction screening workflows.

Hands-on experience with Open APIs, JIRA, MySQL, and open-source tools.

Experience with one or more payment engines such as GPP-SP, Dovetail, FIS, CGI, Bottomline, ACI.

Knowledge of session management, security protocols, and access control mechanisms.

Strong communication skills—able to explain complex technical concepts to business and technical audiences.

Familiarity with full Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC); experience in Agile methodology is a plus.

Proficient in writing test scenarios, preparing test data, and evaluating testing outcomes.

Good to have skills

Familiarity with Cloud Platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure, GCP) for scalable deployment of payment solutions.

Exposure to Enterprise Integration Patterns and tools like MuleSoft, Apache Camel, or Dell Boomi.

Understanding of DevOps practices and tools like Jenkins, Docker, Kubernetes for CI/CD pipeline management.

Knowledge of AI/ML applications in fraud detection and transaction monitoring.

Prior experience working with Banking Core Systems and Digital Banking Platforms.

Experience in creating user journeys and wireframes for digital banking experiences.
