**Job title:** Windows Administrator
**Role Summary:** Deliver and scale enterprise‑class Windows administration services, focusing on Microsoft Modern Desktop technologies, Active Directory, automation, and security compliance.
**Expactations:**
- Oversee Windows Server and Modern Desktop environments (Intune, SCCM, Autopilot, Defender).
- Optimize on‑prem AD, GPO, and user profile management.
- Design and maintain server/desktop imaging pipelines.
- Automate patching, deployment, and system management via PowerShell.
- Enforce security and compliance across Windows platforms.
- Manage Infoblox DNS/DHCP/IPAM.
- Support disaster recovery and business continuity.
- Lead cross‑functional initiatives for scalable service delivery.
**Key Responsibilities:**
- Configure and support Windows Server and Modern Desktop tech (Intune, SCCM, Autopilot, Defender).
- Administer on‑prem AD, create/modify GPOs, and manage user profiles.
- Build and deploy imaging solutions for servers and desktops.
- Develop PowerShell scripts for automation of patching, deployment, and system health checks.
- Enforce security policies, conduct compliance audits, and maintain Microsoft Security & Compliance features.
- Integrate and manage Infoblox services for DNS, DHCP, and IPAM.
- Troubleshoot complex infrastructure issues, perform root‑cause analysis, and implement permanent fixes.
- Collaborate with engineering, security, and operations teams to roadmap and execute scalable service improvements.
- Support business continuity, disaster recovery planning, and testing.
**Required Skills:**
- Strong experience with Intune, SCCM, PowerShell scripting, and Windows Server imaging/deployment.
- Expert knowledge of on‑prem Active Directory, GPOs, and user profile management.
- Proficiency with Infoblox DNS/DHCP/IPAM.
- VMware virtualization management.
- Understanding of Microsoft Security & Compliance features, Defender for Endpoint, and advanced threat protection.
- Familiarity with Office 365 (Exchange Online, SharePoint, OneDrive) and Azure AD/cloud identity services.
- Excellent problem‑solving, troubleshooting, and collaboration skills.
**Required Education & Certifications:**
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field (or equivalent experience).
- Relevant Microsoft certifications preferred (e.g., MCSA/MCSE Windows Server, Microsoft Certified: Modern Desktop Administrator Associate, Azure AD Administrator Associate).
