Windows 11 Rollout/Deployment IT Support Engineer
Bradford
3 months + further extension
£160 per day (Inside IR35)
A Roll out/Deployment IT Support Engineer is required for our public sector client based in Bradford to support the Windows 11 deployment project. This is a critical role in ensuring a smooth transition, minimising disruption and maintaining high standards of patient care and data security.
Key Responsibilities
Deploy and configure Windows 11 across a variety of devices and departments.
Provide hands-on support to end-users during and after the rollout.
Troubleshoot hardware and software issues related to the upgrade.
Migrate user data and ensure application compatibility.
Collaborate with IT teams to ensure compliance with digital standards and security protocols.
Maintain accurate documentation of deployment progress and technical issues.
Skills & Experience
Proven experience in Windows 10/11 deployment projects.
Strong knowledge of Microsoft Endpoint Configuration Manager (SCCM), Intune, or similar tools.
Experience working in a healthcare or public sector environment (NHS experience highly desirable).
Excellent troubleshooting and communication skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a wider IT team.
