About the Role:
Title: Usability Researcher 3
Location: Remote/PST
Typical Day in the Role
• Purpose of the Team: The purpose of this team is to acts as “customer zero” for employees, testing internal tools and improving employee experience, especially for campus navigation and facilities
• Key projects: This role will contribute to building copilot agents to support employee experiences.
Summary:
The main function of a usability researcher is to research market conditions in local, regional, or national areas to determine potential sales of a product or service. A typical marketing analyst is responsible for gathering information on competitors and methods of marketing and distribution.
Job Responsibilities:
• Forecast and track marketing and sales trends, analyzing collected data.
• Conduct research on consumer opinions and marketing strategies, collaborating with marketing professionals, statisticians, pollsters, and other professionals.
• Devise and evaluate methods and procedures for collecting data, such as surveys, opinion polls, or questionnaires, or arrange to obtain existing data.
• Gather data on competitors and analyze their prices, sales, and method of marketing and distribution.
• Measure the effectiveness of marketing, advertising, and communications programs and strategies.
Skills:
• Verbal and written communication skills, negotiation skills, customer service and interpersonal skills.
• Basic ability to work independently and manage one’s time.
• Basic knowledge of principles and methods for showing, promoting, and selling products or services.
• Basic knowledge of media production, communication and dissemination techniques and methods.
Education/Experience:
• Bachelor's degree in marketing or equivalent training required.
• 2-4 years related experience required.
Salary Range: $ 1,45,600 - 1,50,600 Annually - Factors that may affect pay within this range may include geography/market, skills, education, experience and other qualifications of the successful candidate.
