About Design Research:

Our goal is to lead in creating exceptional digital experiences. To achieve this, we place strategy, research, design principles, and technical innovation at the centre of everything we do. We're looking for talented digital professionals to bring this vision to life.

What will you do?

Design researchers shape the experiences we create across digital products. You'll collaborate with designers, product managers, and developers to identify decisions that need research inputs, propose methodologies, conduct fieldwork, analyze findings, and share implications. Research here is collaborative, not a silo--you'll engage the team at every step of the way.

What you would work on

Design Research Strategy

* Build relationships with key stakeholders within and outside the design team

* Support in prioritizing research opportunities

* Develop fieldwork approaches (moderated/unmoderated) aligned with business and design goals

Research and Testing (Execution, Synthesis, Analysis):

* Conduct research to evaluate prototypes, understand user context, and explore evolving needs

* Moderate live sessions on high-complexity or sensitive topics

* Communicate core themes and implications clearly to stakeholders

* Facilitate ideation sessions and collaborative workshops

What's in it for you

* A culture where designers feel valued, included, and supported

* Work on solutions impacting millions of people while advancing digital leadership

* Be part of a team pushing boundaries of product design to improve lives and communities

* Help shape design research as a growing practice within the organization

Must-have

* BA/BS degree in Psychology, Anthropology, Sociology, Information Studies, Design, HCI, CS, or related field (or equivalent experience)

* 5+ years of research experience

* Strong grasp of design research theory, tools, and methodologies

* Experience working on cross-functional teams

Nice to have

* MA/MS degree or certification in related fields

* Familiarity with design thinking

* Experience working in large organizations or agile environments

* Contributions to launching digital products
