My client, a high-performing Private Credit Fund, has seen significant growth in recent years, scaling from under EUR500m AUM to a multi-billion dollar business in a short period of time. Following this success, and with a fundraising phase underway, they are now looking to expand their lean operations function with an additional hire.

The current team consists of two senior individuals and covers a remit that extends well beyond typical operations / trade support. The new hire will report directly to the HOO, gaining broad exposure across the wider business also. The operations function provides true front-to-back coverage, including trade support, cash projections, FX exposure, onboarding, and project-focused work.

The successful candidate will bring 1-5 years' operations experience (buy-side or sell-side), strong academics, and the ability to problem-solve and take ownership in a fast-paced environment.

This is a growth hire with excellent progression potential, offering a base salary of up to PS80k, a bonus of up to 50%, and employees can WFH 2 days / week.
