Brief Call: Our process typically begins with a brief virtual/phone conversation to get to know you! The objective? Learn about you, understand your motivations, and make sure we have the right job for you!
Interviews (the average number of interviews is 3 - the number may vary depending on the level of seniority required for the position). During the interviews, you will meet people from our team: your line manager of course, but also other people related to your future role. We will talk in depth about you, your experience, and skills, but also about the position and what will be expected of you. Of course, you will also get to know Amaris: our culture, our roots, our teams, and your career opportunities!
Case study: Depending on the position, we may ask you to take a test. This could be a role play, a technical assessment, a problem-solving scenario, etc.

Job Description
Join Amaris Consulting's Data & AI Center of Excellence in Brussels and contribute to the digital transformation of our clients by developing and deploying innovative AI solutions. As part of an international and dynamic team, you will work on cutting-edge technologies to solve real-world business challenges and drive impactful change across industries.
Your missions
Design, develop, and deploy AI/ML models and intelligent systems for diverse business use cases
Operationalize models at scale using cloud platforms such as Azure, AWS, or GCP
Leverage advanced AI tools, including GPT, LangChain, Hugging Face, and MLOps frameworks
Collaborate with business stakeholders and technical teams to integrate AI into core business processes
Ensure high standards of model performance, scalability, fairness, and ethical AI practices
Monitor and maintain deployed models, ensuring reliability and continuous improvement
Stay up to date with the latest trends and best practices in AI and machine learning
Contribute to knowledge sharing and best practice development within the team
Your profile
Academic background in Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics, or a related field
Proven experience in designing and deploying end-to-end AI/data solutions
Fluency in English, French, and Dutch is required
Proficiency in Python and experience with ML frameworks such as PyTorch, TensorFlow, or scikit-learn
Hands-on experience with cloud environments: Azure, AWS, or GCP
Familiarity with MLOps, CI/CD, and model monitoring tools (e.g., Prometheus, Grafana)
Experience with LLMs, NLP, Generative AI, and Vector Databases
Experience with LangChain, transformers, Kubernetes, or serverless architectures is a plus
Strong communication skills and ability to work collaboratively with diverse teams
Proactive mindset, ability to work independently, and thrive in a fast-paced environment
Passion for continuous learning and keeping up with the latest AI technologies
