Available opportunities within Communications & Special Events at Mary Kay this summer:
Sales Force Development Intern - The Sales Force Development Intern will support the Independent Sales Force, facilitate communication of information between Mary Kay Corporate and the Independent Beauty Consultants, and administer sales force programs, policies, and guidelines.

Flexibility to move around departments and provide administrative assistance as needed
Experience creating in Canva
Sales Force Total Rewards Intern - The Sales Force Total Rewards Intern will plan our largest and most exciting company event, Seminar.

Strong organization and multitasking skills
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Critical thinking and adaptability skills
Proficiency with Microsoft Office programs (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
Ability to life and carry items up to 15 pounds
Experience creating in Canva (preferred, not required)
Event Specialist Intern - The Event Specialist Intern will assist with planning and execution of Mary Kay's major conferences and events, from registration and app management to on-site logistics and customer support.

Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Strong attention to detail
Tech savviness with computer applications and mobile devices
Strong initiative and motivation
Hospitality and/or customer service experience (preferred, not required)
Summer Program Details
The Mary Kay 2026 Summer Intern Program is a 10-week internship from late May to early August.
All our internships are paid, starting at $20/ hour.
Our internships are Monday-Friday, 40 hours per week, and require you to be in the office 4-5 days per week.
Our internships are located at our Global Headquarters in Addison, TX or our Manufacturing/ R&D Facility in Lewisville, TX.
Interns will receive any required equipment, such as a laptop.

Minimum Qualifications
Must still be pursuing undergraduate or master's degree
To be eligible you must be currently enrolled as a full-time student (undergraduate) or part time (graduate) as defined by your university at the time of application.
Minimum Sophomore status. Rising juniors or seniors preferred.
Preferred Degrees: Hospitality, Event Planning, Communications, Marketing
