This position is open to freelance too.

Your Mission, Should You Choose to Accept It:

Be the bridge between Business and IT: set priorities, challenge solutions, and make sure things get done right
Lead client workshops and turn their needs into clear, actionable plans
Dive into business processes: document, challenge, and improve them
Follow up on solution delivery: test, validate, and make sure it works for your client
Support and train users during User Acceptance Testing (UAT)
Take ownership of medium-sized projects: from planning to follow-up, including budget and coordination with stakeholders

What We're Looking For:

A Master's degree in Business, Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field
Around 3 years of experience in a similar role (but passion and motivation count too!)
Fluent in French and English; Dutch is a bonus
Experience with Odoo is a plus - if not, you'll get trained
A proactive, curious mindset: you love solving problems, working in teams, and getting your hands dirty
You're solution- and client-oriented, a good communicator, and not afraid to take responsibility
