Job Description

Job Title: Business Analyst – Odoo Role Summary: Serve as the primary liaison between business stakeholders and IT to translate customer requirements into actionable Odoo solutions, guide workshops, document processes, and ensure successful implementation and user adoption. Expectations: Deliver high‑quality business analysis for Odoo deployments, proactively identify optimization opportunities, and maintain strong stakeholder communication throughout delivery cycles. Key Responsibilities: • Conduct workshops with customers to elicit and prioritize business needs. • Translate functional requests into detailed Business Blueprints. • Document end‑to‑end business processes and validate against Odoo capabilities. • Coordinate with developers to oversee functional testing, defect resolution, and solution refinement. • Represent business interests during installation, configuration, and data migration activities. • Deliver Odoo functional training to end‑users and provide support during User Acceptance Testing. • Facilitate smooth hand‑off between business and technical teams, ensuring alignment on project scope and deliverables. Required Skills: • Proficient in French and English; knowledge of Dutch is advantageous. • Solid understanding of ERP concepts and Odoo architecture. • Strong analytical and problem‑solving abilities. • Excellent facilitation and presentation skills. • Self‑motivated, detail‑oriented, and capable of working independently and collaboratively. • Proven ability to manage multiple priorities and deliver on tight timelines. Required Education & Certifications: • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business Management, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related discipline. • Minimum 3 years of professional experience as a Business Analyst, preferably with ERP/Odoo implementation exposure. • Relevant Odoo certification is desirable but not mandatory.
