We are strategically growing our oncology market access team to ensure seamless client service delivery and continued growth of our research capabilities. This position will provide both immediate support for ongoing client engagements and long-term strategic leadership to drive innovation in our oncology research offerings.

Required Qualifications

Education

* Advanced degree (MBA, MS, PhD) in business, life sciences, health economics, or related field

Experience

* 5+ years of experience in oncology market research, consulting, or pharmaceutical market access

* Proven track record in both quantitative and qualitative research methodologies

Skills & Knowledge

* Deep experience of oncology treatment landscapes across solid and liquid tumors

* Comprehensive knowledge of healthcare stakeholders including IDNs, community practices, payers, and PBMs

* Expertise in pharmaceutical market access including formulary management, prior authorization, and reimbursement strategies

* Understanding of emerging trends such as CAR-T therapies, bispecific antibodies, and precision medicine

* Exceptional written communication skills with ability to translate complex data into clear, actionable insights

* Experience writing executive-level reports and strategic recommendations

* Advanced Excel skills for data manipulation and analysis

* Strong presentation skills for client-facing interactions

* Understanding of regulatory landscape including FDA approvals and NCCN guidelines

Preferred Qualifications

* Previous experience with oncology Pharmacy & Therapeutics (P&T) Committees, formulary decision-making, IDNs, payers, and/or healthcare providers

* Previous consulting experience with biopharmaceutical companies

Key Responsibilities

Research Execution and Analysis

* Execute quantitative and qualitative research projects including survey programming, data collection, and statistically analysis

* Conduct primary research interviews with IDN stakeholders, community practices, and payers

* Perform detailed analysis of oncology market dynamics, treatment utilization patterns, and competitive positioning

Syndicated Research Development

* Create detailed data visualizations, charts, and analytical summaries

* Contribute to executive summaries and strategic recommendations

* Ensure quality control and accuracy of all research outputs

Strategic Client Support

* Provide strategic insights on market access implications and competitive dynamics

* Support business development efforts through research-backed recommendations

* Contribute to product evolution discussions with senior team members

Daily Activities

Research & Analysis (60% of time)

* Design and program online surveys and questionnaires

* Conduct 3-5 stakeholder interviews per week (IDN pharmacists, oncologists, payers)

* Clean and analyze quantitative data using statistical software

* Create charts, graphs, and data visualizations for reports

* Review and code qualitative interview transcripts

* Perform competitive analysis and secondary research

Writing & Report Development (25% of time)

* Draft report sections (methodology, findings, implications)

* Write executive summaries and key takeaways

* Create presentations for client deliverables

* Fact-check and quality control research outputs

* Update standard templates and research frameworks

Client Support & Strategic Contribution (15% of time)

* Participate in 2-3 client calls per week to present findings

* Prepare talking points and backup materials
