Job Description

**Job Title:** Director of BI, Analytics, Reporting & QA **Role Summary:** Lead enterprise reporting, business intelligence (BI), analytics, and data quality functions. Drive scalable, automated reporting solutions while managing cross-functional teams to align with business objectives and data governance standards. **Expactations:** Define BI strategy, optimize reporting workflows, ensure data accuracy, and integrate AI/ML into reporting. Foster process automation, standardization, and cross-functional collaboration to deliver actionable insights and self-service analytics. **Key Responsibilities:** - Develop and execute BI strategy aligned with business goals. - Manage BI engineers, reporting analysts, and QA analysts to produce dashboards, data marts, and recurring reports. - Oversee Power BI development lifecycle (DAX modeling, governance) and Snowflake data architecture. - Streamline reporting request intake, prioritization, and delivery via automated systems. - Standardize reports, KPIs, and data validation protocols; establish single source of truth. - Optimize end-to-end workflows through process improvement and documentation. - Implement robust QA frameworks for data deliverables; partner with QA on testing and release protocols. - Integrate AI/ML outputs into BI dashboards and identify automation opportunities. - Collaborate with stakeholders to align reporting initiatives with business needs. **Required Skills:** - Advanced expertise in Power BI (DAX, semantic modeling, performance optimization). - Proven leadership in BI team management and data governance. - Proficiency in Snowflake data marts/reporting layers. - Experience with ticket-based reporting operations and automation tools (Power BI subscriptions/APIs). - Strong analytical skills for process optimization and advanced analytics. - Hands-on QA management for data validation and testing. - Cross-functional collaboration and stakeholder communication. - Familiarity with AI/ML integration in reporting environments. **Required Education & Certifications:** - Bachelor’s degree in computer science, data science, analytics, or related field. - 10+ years of leadership experience in BI, analytics, or data operations. - Certifications in Power BI, Snowflake, or data governance preferred.
