Senior Program Manager - Transformation Initiatives

Location: London

Start Date: October 2025 - Contract length 12 months

Rate: Up to PS1000pd, outside of IR35

About the Role

We are seeking a highly experienced, results-driven Program Manager to lead the delivery of a complex, multi-workstream transformation initiative across four key areas:

Growth - Sales & Marketing CRM Platform
Customer Experience - Client-Facing Digital Platform
Next Gen Delivery Today - AI & Automation Program
Workforce Transformation - Internal Talent Mobility & Upskilling

Each of these workstreams contains 4-6 sub-workstreams focused on achieving specific outcomes within the overall business transformation.

This is not an industry-specific role -- we're looking for a change leader who thrives on complexity, owns delivery, and brings a no-nonsense approach to stakeholder management and change execution.

Key Responsibilities

Program Oversight: Lead and coordinate the delivery of transformation activities across all four workstreams and their sub-components.
Governance & Reporting: Implement and maintain strong governance structures, ensuring accountability and transparent progress tracking across initiatives.
Stakeholder Management: Collaborate with senior leaders, cross-functional teams, and external partners to align on goals, resolve conflicts, and drive momentum.
Change Management: Embed structured change management principles to support adoption, minimize resistance, and maximize value across impacted teams.
Risk & Dependency Management: Identify, assess, and mitigate program-level risks and interdependencies across sub-workstreams.
Team Leadership: Provide strategic direction, motivation, and delivery discipline to multiple delivery teams and workstream leads.

Requirements

Proven experience delivering large-scale, multi-stream transformation programs.
Demonstrated ability to manage complex project landscapes with multiple dependencies, stakeholders, and outcomes.
Exceptional communication skills -- can influence at C-suite level and inspire delivery teams.
Deep expertise in program management methodologies (Agile, hybrid, or Waterfall).
Strong experience in organizational change management -- able to shift mindsets and behaviors, not just deliver technology.
Comfortable with high accountability, ambiguity, and a fast-paced, outcomes-focused environment.
No specific industry experience required -- this is about capability, not context.

Nice to Have

Exposure to digital platform delivery, CRM systems, or AI/automation programs.
Experience working in global or matrixed organizations.
Prior consulting or transformation leadership roles.
