About The Company

We are a healthcare-focused incubator and accelerator with a strong presence in Shanghai and a newly established bridgehead in London at the London BioScience Innovation Centre (LBIC).

At HiMed Shanghai, we are dedicated to fast-tracking startups by providing comprehensive support, including funding, strategic guidance, and access to the Chinese market. Through our new UK entity, we aim to build a two-way bridge for innovation, talent, and capital between Europe/UK and China.

Your Responsibilities Will Include

Spearheading business development and partnership initiatives in alignment with the company's strategic goals.
Maintaining and strengthening client relationships through regular visits, introducing company services to potential clients, and identifying customer needs.
Participating in the planning and execution of business cooperation agreements
Supporting the development of sales and marketing strategies, and assisting in project planning, market research, and market expansion efforts.
Performing other duties as assigned by leadership.

What You'll Need

A background in Laboratory Medicine, Medicine, Pharmaceutical Sciences, Biomedical Sciences, or related fields is preferred; prior professional knowledge or work experience in the healthcare industry is required.
At least 3 years of experience in business development, sales, or project implementation within the healthcare or incubator/accelerator industriesmust possess demonstrable business development experience within London.
Well-versed in international business practices, with strong capabilities in market analysis, negotiation, presentation, and proposal development.
Results-driven, proactive, resilient under pressure, with excellent problem-solving skills and strategic thinking.
